What will you be doing?

 

Reporting to the ER Manager, you will manage a diverse ER caseload, supporting and coaching business leaders on complex issues, including:

  • Providing expert ER guidance on policies, best practices, and risk mitigation
  • Leading on consultations, restructures, redundancies, and TUPE
  • Managing sickness absence cases, including OH referrals and dismissals
  • Acting as a stakeholder in grievance and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair outcomes
  • Overseeing appeal processes and Settlement Agreements
  • Managing Death in Service cases, ensuring stakeholder coordination and support

What will you need?

 

  • ER experience with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to coach, develop, and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience handling complex, sensitive cases and driving service excellence
  • CIPD qualification or relevant experience preferred
