The Team
Our Milton Keynes tax business has been growing consistently over recent years and that continues. To enable future growth we are seeking a talented and ambitious Corporate Tax professional to join our Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, based in Milton Keynes.
Our client base is extensive and diverse, including UK-headquartered businesses and international inbound groups across a broad range of sectors. The team has a strong reputation in the market, a stable leadership structure, and an excellent track record of developing and promoting its people.

The Role
You will be central to our client relationships. Enabling, either directly or with specialists the delivery of tax compliance, reporting and advisory services.
You will work closely with Partners and Directors on technically complex matters, delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients.

The Person
- Lead and manage advisory and compliance engagements for UK and cross-border clients
- Coordinate with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers to deliver integrated solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building your external network and identifying opportunities
- Manage engagement quality, risk processes and financial performance
- Support resourcing and contribute to team operations
- Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
- Actively participate in business development initiatives
- Be a visible role model for KPMG’s values and collaborative culture
- CTA, ACA, CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Technically strong in UK corporation tax, with broader tax and accounting awareness
- Commercially minded, analytical and curious
- Confident managing multiple clients and projects
- Skilled at building relationships and communicating clearly
- Comfortable identifying and managing risk
- Motivated to develop others and contribute to team growth
- Committed to continuous professional and technical development
